This page explains, in plain English, what Cortir (Oscar Charles Colls, ABN 80 260 137 386) collects when you visit this site or book a call, and what happens to it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your first name, mobile number, business name and the time you choose.
- Anonymous records of how the page and booking form are used, such as which steps were reached and which ad link was followed. These records don't identify you, and we don't use cookies.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange and hold your call. We use your mobile number to confirm the booking and to contact you at the time you picked. The anonymous records help us see whether the page is working.
Where it's stored
Your details are stored securely with Cloudflare, the service that runs this website, and a copy is emailed to our inbox. Your browser may briefly keep your details so you can retry if the connection drops.
How long we keep it
We delete booking details and anonymous usage records 12 months after we collect them. Notification emails are managed separately.
Who we share it with
If you arrive from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads and book a call, we tell Meta that the ad click led to a booking, so the ads reach similar businesses. We send Meta's click code, your IP address and browser type. We don't send your name, mobile or business.
Otherwise no one. We don't sell or rent your details.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email oscar@cortir.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
